Final Art Project

Materials needed:
gouache paint-green (anxious), red(happy), yellow(content), and blue(sad)
Bristol board
blunts
your own thumb

What to do:
Step 1:
When you wake up, cover your thumb print in the gouache that best describes your mood.
Step 2:
Press thumb on Bristol board to make a print.
Step 3:
Use Bristol board as a way to put out blunts through-out the day.
Step 4:
Before bed, repeat step one.
Step 5:
Repeat step two.
Step 6:
Repeat these steps for 7 days until there is one weeks worth of markings.
Step 7:
Notice any correlations that may have been made.

When I approached this final, I knew the only thing I do every single day that could be documented, is smoking. I use it for motivation, anxiety, pain, happiness, etc...
The correlations were not as obvious as I had hoped, because I honestly did not have as many materials (blunts) as I would have liked. However, it does seem like the days that I smoked less I may have ended up less likely to be happy. I wanted to simply make it a little experiment for myself considering my major is Psychology and I'm passionate about it.
